2.1. 2 Minute Warning (2MW) offers AI and computer vision services that analyze football game film for users. Our services allow coaches to upload and submit football game footage ("Film") to our systems to receive analyzed results.

 

2.2. Film Analysis: Our services are designed to analyze "Game Video" and "Scout Video." "Game Video", for purposes of 2MW, means video of games or competitions in which the user's applicable team participates, submitted for analyzing the team's performance. "Scout Video" means video of games or competitions played by the user's direct competitors, submitted for preparing for future competition. Scout Video does not include Game Video submitted for player recruiting purposes or videos of professional or collegiate teams which do not constitute the user's competitors.

 

2.3. Results: The analyzed results ("Results") may include various types of data and files based on the analysis of the Film. The Results can include, but are not limited to, statistical data, graphical representations, and other relevant information related to the football game. It's important to note that the specific file types and data provided in the Results may vary based on the nature of the Film, the sport, and the available analytical data.

 

3. Eligibility and Technical Requirements

 

3.1. Eligibility: To use our services, users must have an active account with 2 Minute Warning (2MW).

 

3.2. Technical Requirements: Users must ensure that their Film meets certain technical and filming requirements, including but not limited to video resolution, frame rate, and file format. Failure to meet these requirements may result in Film rejection for poor quality.

 

3.3. Results Delivery

 

3.3.1. 2 Minute Warning (2MW) will deliver the analyzed Results to the user in a manner determined by 2MW, which may include but is not limited to a downloadable zip file, a URL link to access the Results, or any other suitable method of delivery.

 

3.3.2. The specific method of Results delivery may be subject to change at the discretion of 2 Minute Warning (2MW) to improve user experience or accommodate technological advancements. Users will be informed of any substantial changes in the delivery method through a notice on our website or other appropriate means.

 

3.3.3. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate access and capabilities to receive and access the Results through the chosen delivery method. 2 Minute Warning (2MW) shall not be liable for any issues arising from the user's inability to receive or access the Results due to technical limitations or incompatibility.

 

4. Payment and Plans

 

4.1. Free Trial: 2 Minute Warning (2MW) offers a free trial option to new users, providing access to limited services. Users may be required to provide certain information, including their name, email, and other identifying details, during the free trial sign-up process.

 

4.2. Paid Plans: After the free trial period, users can choose from three paid plans to continue using our services. By selecting a paid plan, users agree to pay the specified fees associated with that plan.

 

4.3. Payment Information: To subscribe to a paid plan, users must provide valid payment information. 2 Minute Warning (2MW) uses secure payment processing to protect user data.

 

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
